Halloween Goodie Bags
by Mary Wilkins

Description: How to make cute, easy Halloween goodie bags for your kids for Halloween this year.

Sponsored links:

These Halloween bags can be used as trick or treat bags or cute accents for your home. The larger bag you see pictured, it takes only one piece of fabric and some wide ribbon or webbing!

What you need:

One piece of Halloween fabric 20" long by 35" wide.

What you do:

Fold in half lengthwise.

Sew down one side, along the bottom, and up the other side using a straight stitch. Now attach a piece of wide ribbon or webbing for a handle. Attach the ribbon at the side seams as shown.

Note: If you have any fluorescent fabrics or tape, now is a good time to use it so drivers may see the little ones clearly. These can be made up easily and quickly in different sizes and fabrics. This one is much smaller than a pillowcase but large enough for any child to be happy with.

Tip: You can also make up small goodie bags to hand out to trick or treaters at your door.

The smaller bags can be can be cut from scrap fabrics 12" by 5". Fold the fabric in half right sides together and stitch up side seams. Tie top closed with ribbon or scrap strips of fabric.

Enjoy your little ones this Halloween with these cute little bags.
