How to Make Hot/Cold Neck Rolls

Materials Needed:

1 lb. flax seed (buy in bulk section of grocery store)
Sock or piece of fabric sewn into a pillow 4 in. x 18 in. (leave one end open)

Directions:

Fill the pillow or sock firmly to 4 to 6 inches from the top and sew closed.

Note: When heating, do not microwave for more than one minute.
